The plan
What the programme covers
The planned module sequence. It is an outline of the subject, not a timetable: the schedule, the length of each part and who teaches it are confirmed when a cohort is announced.
- What AI can and cannot reliably do in workplace tasks
- Privacy, accuracy, hallucinations and responsible data entry
- Prompting with goal, context, constraints, examples and output format
- AI assistance for emails, meeting notes and document summaries
- Reviewing sources, checking outputs and explaining limits
- A repeatable personal workflow and manager-reviewed use
What you will make
The piece of work you finish with
You leave with something you can show someone, not only a record that you attended.
You submit
An AI-assisted workplace task pack. It holds the original brief, your redacted inputs, the prompts you tried, the verified output, and a one-page note on what you checked.
What the assessor looks at
Practical accuracy, data safety, and whether you can repeat the process without help.
How we teach
The same five steps in every programme
Understand
Learn the idea in plain language, with a real workplace example.
Practise
Try it on a realistic task, with guidance.
Apply
Use it on your own work or business.
Feedback
Get a clear review of what to keep and what to change.
Evidence
Finish with proof of what you can do, not only attendance.
