Assessment approach

Evidence of competence, not just attendance

Learners complete practical assignments on realistic tasks and receive written feedback. A certificate is issued only when a programme’s completion criteria are met. It is a Kujua Point certificate, not a university qualification.

  1. Understand

Learn the idea in plain language, with a real workplace example.

  2. Practise

Try it on a realistic task, with guidance.

  3. Apply

Use it on your own work or business.

  4. Feedback

Get a clear review of what to keep and what to change.

  5. Evidence

Finish with proof of what you can do, not only attendance.
